Exceptions to Coverage
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid malfunction, demodectic mange, and other auto-immune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Seller is not responsible for immunity level, mites, pneumonia, mange, heat stroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, and ear infections once puppy has left sellers hands. Buyer is responsible for keeping their puppy into public places, unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all of its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) and an age of at least 16-20 weeks to ensure immunity against disease. We DO NOT cover communicable diseases including but not limited to Parvovirus, Influenza, Kennel Cough, and Distemper. This is not covered because we do not have control over what the puppy is exposed to once leaving the breeders home. Our puppies are sold as PET QUALITY. We do not guarantee your puppy to be able to sire or whelp puppies. If your puppy has not been neutered by six months of age, or if it has been bred this warranty is nullified.
No replacement for temperament as this is environmental and your responsibility. As responsible breeders we expect that this puppy be properly socialized and attend a puppy obedience classes. As breeders we do everything possible as to breed dogs of sound mind (temperament) and body. Some responsibility is yours as to proper feeding, exercise, socializing and training, of which all have a bearing on the end results of a sound adult dog. We are not responsible for any damage the puppy might do at any given age.
Accurate Weight Estimation
Your breeder will provide an accurate weight of the puppy at the time of it's purchase. An estimate of it's adult weight will be given using the standard accepted calculations among dog breeders: Multiply weight at 8 wks x4, 12 wks x 3, 16 wks x 2 to get estimation of adult weight. You may also ask for this size of the parents of your chosen puppy as we normally provide this to all customers during our conversations with you. We do not guarantee size and do not refund your purchase price if the puppy grows to be more or less than our prediction.
Re-homing Service
We expect your dog to live with you at your address. Please notify us of any change in address. Your puppy is micro chipped. If your puppy becomes lost or stolen, you will notify us immediately. If you decide you need to find a new home for your dog, please contact us first so we can assist in placement. If we cannot find a placement quickly, the puppy's breeder or another breeder in our program may be able to take the dog back until a suitable home can be found. If a puppy is returned to us, it is returned free of charge. We do not "buy" puppies back from their owners. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges of returning the puppy to us.
You MAY NOT give away or sell a Queen Elizabeth puppy, until it has been spayed/neutered, without permission of Queen Elizabeth Pocket Beagles AND the breeder of your puppy. The dog shall not be sold, transferred, or given to any individual or to any retail or wholesale establishment for the purpose of sale or resale to the public, nor to any research institution where medical experimentation or other practices take place or sold to a supplier, wholesaler, shelter, pound, or humane society.
